HOOVER. Miller had been assigned to the U.S.S. UTAH from 1927 - 1930,  U.S.S. OKLAHOMA from 1920 - 1927, U.S.S. AUGUSTA from 1930 - 1936, U.S.S. MINNEAPOLIS 1937 - 1945. From 1914 to 1916 Miller worked for the Movies as a Photographer in Burbank, CA. Another great thing about this Signature is you get a great picture of the both of them (MR & Mrs) aboard ship.
