This is a MASSIVE collection of shoulder sleeve insignia representing most of the combat and supporting units of WWII sewn to heavy issue OD US Army wool blanket. There are over 400 patches on this blanket, several of them quite rare and unusual variants, small elite units, and some ghost units that never existed except on paper. There are a couple of patches obviously missing, notably the 1st Armored Division and I Corps Armored. I have been in the business over 40 years and most collectors on the East Coast know me.
