This beautiful early oil lamp has a large cranberry cut to clear glass peg font. It has lovely designs with a fluted brass column and black marble base. It comes with a nice fleur di lis pattern frosted ball shade. It dates from the 19th Century and measures 14 + 5/8 inches tall to the top of the shade (9 + ¾ inches to the top of the collar) by 4 inches square across the base. The font measures approximately 4 + ¼ inches tall by 2 + ¾ inches across. It is in excellent condition with the exception of a chip on one of the corners of the marble base. Also it has not been cleaned on the inside, there is some yellowish kerosene residue on the inside and it smells a little. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance Charges will be paid by Buyer.
