You are bidding on a rain lamp by Creators, Inc.  The tag on the inside is still there.  It was probably made in the late 60's or early 70's.  It uses mineral oil running down strings to simulate rain.  There aren't any big dings, dents or cracks.  There are a few strings missing and some of the strings look like they were repaired.  The light works and I can hear the hummm of the motor when I turn it on but that doesn't mean it works as I am unsure if the pump does work.  The cord is clean with no visible breaks but should be checked or replaced for safety sake. It needs a good cleaning.  It wouldn't take much to make this lamp look like new.  Lamp measures  approx. 11 3/4" maximum  wide and measures approx. 29 1/2" tall.  There are 3 holes for the bolts to secure the base to the top and those bolts are missing.
