It is signed at the end, and comes with the original envelope, as can be seen in the photo. It is in cellophane with paperclips in the corners, just the way it came out of the estate. It has crease lines, as can be seen in the photo and is being sold as is. It is one of four Garfield documents we have listed that came from the same estate.
