Beautiful C&O model, among the best from United and PFM.Prototype information: After acquiring K-1 Mikados in 1911, C&O ordered 150 new more powerful 2-8-2s between 1924 and 1926 from ALCO in three separate classes, K-2, K-3, K-3a.  There were some differences between each of these classes including a different specification for tenders in each class.
