Featuring a witch, wearing a red dress with blue cape, riding her broom with her black cat behind her. She lights her way through the foggy night sky with a glowing JOL-lantern! If you look at the lower-right, you'll see the fog is actually smoke from the witch's brew boiling in the black cauldron! Notice the bats above and below her, as well as the full-moon in the background! THIS IMAGE HAS IT ALL! OUTSTANDING! The caption on the front reads, 'Tis Halloween-the witches fly, And hang their lanterns in the sky'. Printed in Germany! Measures approximately 3.5 x 5.5 inches.
