Appears to be the artwork of KATHRYN ELLIOTT, though we're not positive about this. Featuring a pretty witch & her black cat sitting on the crescent moon, as a bat flys next to them and another witch flys through the starry night-time sky in the background at the upper-left! Notice the witch on the moon is holding her broom in her lap! OUTSTANDING! The caption reads, 'The black cat wears its mystic ring, The witch bat spreads its fearsome wing, The goblins weirdly chant and sing, On Hallowe'en.'. Published or Printed by The Pink of Perfection (PoP); Fairman Co. Series 153. Measures approximately 5.5 x 3.5 inches. An excellent vintage postcard with outstanding graphics!
