Here’s what he says about his work from his Web site:"My rewards in woodturning are received when I can take a section of a tree removed and destined to be destroyed or decomposed and through my skill, craftsmanship and artistic dedication return it to an object of art. I have chosen the classic shapes and forms as the centerpiece of my work. The pure smooth forms of the classics display the beautiful coloration and grain patterns found in nature’s creations. The Greek urn or Mediterranean vase, the Hawaiian calabash and the S.W. Native American pottery shapes are some of my favorites.”
