Round wooden canteen, with leather carrying strips, absent wooden plug or cork. Canteen is 7.25" in diameter, 2.75" thick, with 100% original black paint, and reddish lettering: “M.S.," on front. Initialed “signature" of previous owner is stamped “N.R." on the back. Original paint is in marvelous condition.
