All of the plastic strands are in place.  This picture is taken with the oil in it.  Pump and everything else works perfect.  The lamp uses mineral oil that recycles through the pump in the bottom to the top and then trickles down the strands.  Lamp will take a few minutes to pump oil from the bottom to the top.  This lamp was a very popular item around the late sixties to early seventies.  Place a Bid!
