The full case is split at the spine and has a pink silk pad. The plate has a few spiders and tarnish around the edges of the mat as well as a couple of mat scrapes along the mat edges. The image is so sharp that you can see that he had not shaved his face for a couple of days. The photos below is represents the actual item well.
