I am guessing 1964-67 based on the colors and the compisition. This little guy stands 5 1/2" tall and is stamped JAPAN on the bottom. There is a crack in his head that you can clearly see in the pictures. He has a couple tiny nicks on his head and a hairline crack in his chin. There is a blob of epoxy around his foot where someone tried to fix the crack and glue ran down his back. None of these issues are noticable from the front.
