Condition is working with soiling, and ACL paint crackling, some missing paint largely around the perimeter. I don’t see any cracks. The line visible in the close up appears to be in the painted surface. I don’t know how well time it keeps but it does run and the second hand sweeps. One of the access or vent covers has separated from the case. The small metal tongue on the rim (holding bezel to can) that passes through a small slot on the other end (like a belt buckle) is missing. Needs a good cleaning. There is only one bulb present.
